All major credit cards are accepted. Only signature debit cards are accepted. Debit or bank cards that require a PIN cannot be used.
The amount you specify below will be the amount charged for each monthly donation.
Monthly donations made by credit card are automatically processed on the same day of each month for three years (36 months). If you would like to continue your donation at the end of this period, please go through this donation process again.
You may specify the date for your first monthly donation. This will also determine which day of each month subsequent donations will be processed.
You will not be able to see monthly individual transactions on this website, but the individual transactions will show up on your credit card statements.
If you decide to cancel your monthly donations, please do so at least 10 business days before the scheduled day of that month by calling the Essilor Vision Foundation office at 214.496.4316.
